If anybody knows of a Pokemon that produces food on its own that is edible for humans, I would like to know what Pokemon it is and where I can acquire one.

[There are small thumping noises as she expresses her request. The background shows a big, open parasol and whatever small space that shows the trees is moving along, which means she is too, but she doesn't seem to be walking. Probably riding on a Pokemon or something, right? Right.]

... I do not know how much that particular Pokemon would be worth and I have not been given the comparison to measure the currency with. I assume that people have been in the same shoes as I have, so you would know how much money you started with. So if anybody could explain the currency this place uses, that would be nice too.

Also, for a dragon that requires sunlight to move, would you say that it is an autotroph? What about one that has wings but cannot fly? Would it be in the same category as a penguin?

Are there dragons like that? I don't think anything like that has been discovered, back home...

I think there are a few pokemon that can produce food, but Littlefoot's a Tropius! I don't know where they'd be in the wild, but I'm sure you could buy one at that Breeding Centre place.

Those are rather interesting questions, lady. [Most of them questions he doesn't know the answer to, but well.] I haven't heard of a Pokémon that can produce food. Most of them seem to be able to produce eggs, but they're not meant to be food, it seems.

There's plenty of edible food in towns though, so you won't have to worry about that too much.

... Littlefoot. [Opposite to that of a Bigfoot, but it sure looks pretty big on the screen.] Although, to be fair... dragons don't exist where I am from. And while I have read about dragons from time to time, this is also my first time discovering upon one that is... like this. [She's not sure how else she should even describe it, to be honest.]

Where could I contact this place...?

Of course, that would depend on the limitations of the few Pokemon that provide them. Could you list them and what kind of food that they provide?

Yes... It would be deeply concerning if there weren't food in towns. [She would probably starve to death.] It is suggested that humans eat a balanced amount of three meals a day in order to lead a healthy life, but I fail to see how a single lunch from a lonesome woman would last me several days on my journey to "become the best there ever was".

Sure, Chansey are you're go to source for normal eggs. By normal I mean stuff you see a chicken lay. Not the huge ones that have pokemon in it.

You can eat the fruit off of Tropius, though you'll have to wait for the fruit to grow back.

Milktanks are pretty just cows so you'll only make milk. If you want honey go find a Combee.

I think there are more but I haven't run across them yet.

[Note to self: look up all these Pokemon later in the directory function. She feels that she has to diligently study everything here if she were to truly understand how this whole trainer thing works.]

Heeee~h... Is the ideal answer for you to find out about a dragon that grows food on the side?

My ideal answer would be a Pokemon that is able to be caught in the area I am in at the moment and has the ability to produce food that is edible to humans without executing cooking procedures.

Ah... That would be hoping for some kind of divine intervention. The only way that would play out is if you conveniently happen to meet someone who showed up at the same time as you who happened to have a Pokemon that fit the bill exactly.

That would be the case, wouldn't it? I have looked at other broadcasts prior to mine and have not seen any Pokemon that would meet the requirements, so even the chance for that is zero.

--EH?! While I'm glad I'm being forgiven and sorry if I was intrusive, how could I have known that actually qualified as personal?! It would normally be a completely casual and non-noteworthy thing to ask...!

We classify pokemon by what type they are even if some have two types instead of one.

And that doesn't create any complications? By mixing the two.

The fact that whether you knew of it or not does not make the matter any less personal, don't you think? It only affects the percentage of whether you would be forgiven for making such a mistake or not.

Nope, not at all. It just means that it's weakness and defenses are a bit more confusing.
