01 ☂ VIDEO

[The feed starts with small shaking movement because this girl still does not know how to handle technology very well. Her face is on the screen and it looks like she wants to ask the general public something of importance with her usual poker face.]

If anybody knows of a Pokemon that produces food on its own that is edible for humans, I would like to know what Pokemon it is and where I can acquire one.

[There are small thumping noises as she expresses her request. The background shows a big, open parasol and whatever small space that shows the trees is moving along, which means she is too, but she doesn't seem to be walking. Probably riding on a Pokemon or something, right? Right.]

... I do not know how much that particular Pokemon would be worth and I have not been given the comparison to measure the currency with. I assume that people have been in the same shoes as I have, so you would know how much money you started with. So if anybody could explain the currency this place uses, that would be nice too.

Also, for a dragon that requires sunlight to move, would you say that it is an autotroph? What about one that has wings but cannot fly? Would it be in the same category as a penguin?

[DID SOMEBODY SAY DRAGONS?]

Are there dragons like that? I don't think anything like that has been discovered, back home...

[Oh, wait, she asked other questions, too. Littlefoot nudges her way onto the screen as if on cue, bundle of bananas showing bright against her neck.]

I think there are a few pokemon that can produce food, but Littlefoot's a Tropius! I don't know where they'd be in the wild, but I'm sure you could buy one at that Breeding Centre place.

[Littlefoot gives a dull roar at the sound of her name. Hey, she'd been little with she was named by Heather "Child of the '90s" Mason.]

Just what kind of pokemon do you have? And are you sure he can't fly? He might just not be able to carry passengers, yet.

[Hiccup quickly finds the ad on his 'gear, having tucked it away for perusing long ago, and sends the file to Mio.] I bet you could even ask them what other pokemon can produce food. They'd definitely know more than me.

Yeah, but flying works weird here... You need to teach it a special move called a Hidden Move, and also have a badge from beating the gym in Violet City. One of my dragons can fly me places because she learned Fly all on her own, but Laila, my owl pokemon, still can't.

[Hmn. If she had been dressed in furs or bird skulls, Hiccup wouldn't have batted an eye at the implication--he'd had trouble at first, and Astrid was still wrestling with technology, it seemed. This girl hadn't seemed like she would have the same difficulties... But oh well. Guess he didn't know everything about the modern world.]

You should just be able to press the file with your finger or the stick thingy that comes with your 'gear. It'll probably look like words that are underlined, or maybe even a tiny picture.
